1. KYC Verification Process
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection and potential legal action.
2. Payment Gateway - Razorpay
This portal uses Razorpay Payment Gateway for secure payment processing. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to:
- Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (https://razorpay.com/terms)
- Your payment details will be securely processed by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
- Razorpay will NOT store your complete card/bank details on our servers
- Transaction failures may generate a separate charge that will be automatically refunded
- You authorize automatic retry of failed transactions within 24 hours
3. Data Privacy & Security
Your personal information including Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, and contact information will be:
- Encrypted and securely stored with industry-standard SSL/TLS security
- Used only for KYC verification and regulatory compliance
- Never shared with third parties without explicit consent (except as required by law)
- Stored in compliance with UIDAI, RBI, and NRLM guidelines
4. Refund Policy
KYC verification fees are non-refundable after successful payment. Refunds will only be issued for:
- Duplicate/failed transactions (automatic refund within 3-5 working days)
- Technical errors causing payment failure (case-by-case review)
5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for payment gateway downtime, network issues, or third-party service failures. Razorpay's liability is limited to refund of the transaction amount only.

By clicking the checkbox in the footer, you certify that you have read and understood these terms, agree to our data processing practices, and authorize payment via Razorpay.
